Why would I want that? I spent a lot of time figuring out this design, and I have no desire (nor the time, with christmas and final exams) to do it all again. Can’t WP just fix it?

No. This is your site. You need to fix it.

I didn’t break it. Whenever WP relases a new version, there are bound to be a few bugs here and there, and this is obvously one of them since my site worked perfectly well before I decided to upgrade.

Did you make a backup you can restore to?

I have auto-backup somewhere, I’m looking for it now. Just got an idea, though, since the old background is showing, I might be able to just rename and switch.

    I didn’t break it.

Your choice of theme did. Sorry but you need to use a better theme.

Yes!! Fixed it. It was the theme’s background editor’s overwrite that was broken, not the style sheet.

esmi, give me a break. A few days ago, WP said: “Our goal is to release version 3.3 early next week, so plugin and theme authors, this is your last pre-release chance to test your plugins and themes to find any compatibility issues before the final release.” Sadly, I haven’t been backstage for a couple of days, and I didn’t see this until now.

Go pour your poison over somebody else, will you? ??

Sadly, I haven’t been backstage for a couple of day

Then that’s not the fault of WordPress or these forums. And throwing a hissy fit over it won’t help.

Let’s assume for a moment that WP will still want feedbacks, eh? This was that. Case closed.
