• Was working perfectly until I installed the latest update today. Now it just displays the short-code text instead of my instagram feed in my sidebar widget. Not the first time it’s broken from an update. Wish they would test these updates before releasing them.

  • Flowerlark – Mine started working again after I changed the following:

1.) Look under “1. Configure” Tab
2.) At “Check for new posts” section, change from “When the page loads” to “In the background” (also selecting from drop-down menu – time increment).
    3.) Save changes
4.) Refresh your browser on your website.

    Hope this helps

    Hey Flowerlark,

Sorry about any issue! We definitely test every release as throughly as we can though I’m afraid some issues still occur. We are always happy to address them as much as we are able to.

If you’d like, you can contact us on the support forum or on our website and we can see what might be going on with your feed:

Also, thank you very much Mythical Dean for supplying a possible solution.

Let me know if we can help you out with this.

    Thanks,

    Craig
