    Hello,

I updated to the latest version (4.1.6) and my shorcode no longer works. In your documentation it says that there should be a “Use Shortcode” option but that option does NOT exist. Rolling back to version 4.1.4 fixed the issue and allowed me to use a short code again.

Is there a way to get this option to show up / get shortcodes to work again in your latest version?

    Thanks

  • Same thing happened to me. And rolling back to 4.14 is the only thing that worked.

Yes – menus lost on several sites.

The update has also caused problems for me, same issue, cannot use shortcode and it tells me I need to upgrade to Pro. If that is really the reason this is broken, there isn’t a snowball’s chance in h*ll that I will upgrade.

Broke mine too and haven’t been able to fix it by rolling back.

My menu disappeared too! Rolled back to 4.1.1 and it came back.

screwed up menus across a wide range of our sites…

Does anyone know if anything is being done about this? Has there been any reaction from the developers?

I got this as a response when I left a bad review:

    `Hello godthor,

I understand your frustration, sorry about the experience you are having. We recently did a major re-factor of the code to comply with recommended WordPress standards. As a part this exercise we had to remove 3.x code & UI from the latest version of plugin.

Just to re-imphasis – We have not removed ANY free features and put them behind a paywall, this confusion is arising from the fact that you are now seeing the new v4.x UI (which was infact released almost a year ago).

All your existing functionalities & features are still intact, however you may need to explore the UI to find the relevant option as we have moved things around to make the plugin modern & easy to use. Still, if you find any feature was free but now its removed or has been moved to paid plugin, let me know I will check with the team and revert back quickly.`

Just noticed a new version 4.1.7 and it seems to be OK.

    Hi Jravelle,

This issue has been fixed in the latest plugin update. I request you to update RM to its latest version (v4.1.9) and check.
Do let me know if you still face the issue.

    Regards,
    Sumit
