I think there were two places that I saw with the hardcoded wp_ on a quick search in the same lib\PO class file. But can’t be sure if that is everything.
Thanks for the tip with the options table. Is there anywhere else (any other table) you are inserting data? I need to clean this manually before I retry anything.

Try version 3.2.1. I removed the hard coded wp_ and replaced it with $wpdb->base_prefix.

Yeah it was hard coded in the 2 functions that fire when a plugin is activated or deactivated on the network. Those 2 are new. The options table has all the options for PO but every site has different settings so you’ll need to go through all the options tables you have if you want to get rid of them.
