  • Hi @folletti,

    Thanks for reaching out, and I’m so sorry for the trouble here! I’m happy to help troubleshoot this with you to see what’s happening.

    To get things started, would you be so kind as to take a moment and follow our conflict testing steps as outlined in this article? This will allow us to determine if there is a problem with our plugin update or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.

    Let’s start there and see what we find!

    Thanks @tribecari
    I don’t have possibility this test, but I seen other sites this problem.

    Hi @folletti,

    Thanks for following up! Unfortunately, due to all user sites being unique in terms of the number and type of themes, plugins, posts, and code modifications that are present, we’re not able to provide effective support without conflict testing. Let us know if you’re able to complete the conflict testing at any point on down the road–we’ll be glad to move forward from there! You may also wish to try updating to the latest version of The Events Calendar (version 4.4.1.1 at the time of this writing) to see if it resolves your problem here.

    Thanks again for stopping by, and let us know if there’s anything else we can do for you!

    Hi @folletti,

    Thanks for confirming–I’m so sorry to hear that you’re still experiencing this problem. Would you be willing to share a link to an affected page of your site so that we might take a closer look? We’ll see where we can go from there!

    Thank you!

    Hi Caroline (@tribecari)
    the my website with this problem is: https://www.aronanelweb.it/appuntamenti/

    thanks for your support

    regards

    Hi @folletti,

    Thanks for sharing that link with us! If you don’t wish to have this padding displaying on your listed widget events, you can easily remove it with a bit of CSS code. Simply create a new CSS file following the instructions given in this Knowledgebase article, then add this line of text to it:

    .tribe-events-list-widget .tribe-events-list-widget-events { padding: 0; }

    Save your changes, refresh your site, and you should see the padding disappear. Let me know if you should have any other questions! ??
