Update Breaks DIVI Shop Page

  • Hi there,

    When I update your plugin to the latest version using the DIVI theme, all the products on the shop page do not show as well as the filter.

    The previous version (1.6.4.6) still works fine.

    Please advise.

    Hello,

    Please check PHP error log or WordPress debug log for any warning or error with new plugin version.

    We checked plugin with latest Divi theme and it seems work correct.
    What elements do you use in page builder?

    I have the same problem. We updated the Plug-In from version 1.6.4.6 to version 1.6.5 and activated the WordPress debug mode -define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );- Unfortunately it does not show errors on the screen. But it does hide the entire row of the store, as you can check on the current site:

    We are using:
    Divi: 4.27.1
    Divi Child Theme Titan eCommerce: 1.0
    WooCommerce: 9.1.4

    I did as you said, and here is a screenshot of the debug log, but not sure if this is the issue.

    Hello,

    What version of Divi theme do you have on site?

    Also do you use child theme for Divi with any modification?

    Thanks for the message.

    I am using Divi Version 4.27.1.

    Yes I have a child theme with custom CSS styles. I went and deactivated the child theme, updated your plugin, and still got the same result.

    I also removed the scripts I had in the <head>, but also did not help.

    Let me know if you have any further advice.

    I also have the same problem when upgrading to version 1.6.5
    The items in the store disappear when the plug-in is activated.

    We use :
    WordPress: 6.1.1
    WooCommerce: 9.2.3
    Divi: 4.27.1
    Divi Child Theme DiviCommerce: 1.0
    We created the store page using the Divi Theme Builder

    Please keep us informed of a solution to this problem, which has been going on for 15 days now.

    Today I updated from version 1.6.4.6 to 1.6.6 and the same problem continues. The entire row of the store that contains the filter aside and the product grid disappears.

    Hello,

    Could you please try setting some other page as a shop page in WooCommerce, then setting it back to as it was and saving it again?

    We had a positive experience when the shop page was removed and recreated. After that, no issue was noticed. But I hope there is a faster and simpler way.
