UPDATE BLEW AWAY SITE

I updated my plugin one incremental version
I can no longer access the site at all

I get a message
The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

I DID NOT receive an email

I have restored the entire site and database from yesterday
Didn’t work

I contacted support on their site
I cannot create a ticket because I don’t have the purchase info (which is probably locked in the site somewhere).

CAN WP OPEN A TICKET FOR ME??????? or help me
