Update and view database records within WP

  • Is there a plug-in or program that you can recommend that will easily enable the creation of php pages (without code knowledge) that will update and view records from my database (I am new to WP and am currently using .asp pages with an Access database on our main website.
    I realize that I will either have to start from scratch or migrate tables and records into the msql database). From what I gather, queries are built within the php pages and not within msql itself.
