Update and uploads fail

    Every time i vill update wordpress, i get this error:
    En fejl opstod under opdateringen af Twenty Eleven: Download mislykkedes. Mappen, der skal bruges til fil-streaming, eksisterer ikke eller ogs? kan der ikke skrives til den.

    Every time i vill upload a Picture, this error:
    Den uploadede fil kunne ikke flyttes til wp-content/uploads.

    Testing with Filezilla ftp, all dir′s is there. Upload and download Works.
