update / amend an appointment

Just to be clear, I’m hoping for a shortcode to allow the user to basically cancel / confirm a meetings they’ve already booked.

As of now, no. I’m trying to fix a few bugs before I add more functionality or do a bit of an overhaul.

Currently, events and meetings must be managed by an employee, including changes and cancellations.

Since you brought it up, might I suggest amending the getSession() method in bookaroom-meeting-public.php? The else snippet could do with the following:

if (!$externals[$key]) {
externals[$key] = NULL;
}

Just a suggestion.

My plan is eventually to remove all the current SESSION stuff and revamp the entire form structure. It has evolved after a few bug fixes and I want to redo it, cleaner.
