Update affiliate products

Hi all,
I am currently working on a WordPress WooCommerce webshop with Affiliate products. I have never worked with affiliate products before but the base seems to work fine.

A few big questions that I have:
1. How do I make sure that all product prices automatically remain up to date? and all sold-out products are automatically deactivated/deleted?
(Checking all the partner’s shops everyday to is ofcourse not workable…)
2. How does it work with new products? Should my partner-webshops send me an import list every time they have new products? Or how does this usually work, does anyone have experience with this?
3. What are other recommendations for plugins (free or paid ones) that I can use when it comes to affiliate webshops?
