• I just updated to 2.5 and for some reason it added a sidebar to my homepage and I can’t get rid of this.

It’s supposed to be a full-page template but even trying to change it to a sidebar template (from Page Settings – Layout) at bottom of the page isn’t working. It just goes back to the full-page layout but is displaying with a right sidebar.

    HELP!

Never mind. I created another homepage with exactly the same code, pointed the site to that static page as homepage and it worked.

Still would like to know why your update dinged my original homepage.

One other page that was supposed to be full-page also had a right sidebar added.

It looks like somehow the Page Settings – Layout was corrupted on those two pages. Although the full-page icon was highlighted the page was not displaying a full-page format. I couldn’t change the layout to any other option. I could click on the right sidebar or left sidebar icon however when I tried to update it just popped back to the full-page icon.

I’m sorry that this can’t be checked on my website but we have a Google Adwords grant and page style is important.

I had the same exact thing happen to me, however, every page on my site is having this issue now. All my pages were full-page style and now they all have the sidebar. Is there an easy way to resolve this so I don’t have to rebuild every page?

    In Dashboard:

Appearance -> Theme Options-> General-> Custom WordPress Pages layout

    Set everything to full width

    Hope this helps

Actually that wouldn’t help me because only some of my pages are full-width. This seems to be a bug in your last update that you might want to look at.
