    Hi @mahdijbz,

Dear user, if you mean form maker > themes section, then this means you use the premium version of Form maker.

Please, note that in the www.remarpro.com forum we are replying to the free product related question only. For the questions regarding the Premium version, please contact our support team using the following form.

    Hi @mahdijbz,

I am very sorry, but form maker themes are editable only for the premium version.

For the free version, they are disabled.

The please disable the edit button for the free users. The problem is I updated one theme and all the values gone, and I didn’t have any option to return back to starting situation.

    Hi @mahdijbz,

I am very sorry, I was mistaken, themes are in reality open for the free version users too. Really sorry for the confusion.

I have installed the latest free version on my test environment and didn’t get any issue.

Can you please make sure that you have the latest version, then please try to edit the theme again and if the above issue persists, then please send us instructions on how to replicate the issue at our end.

Yes the problem is still there. I duplicate a theme. It was successful.
Then I changed one item like border color. Pressed save and then all the settings gone.
I checked the DB. It write null in the theme table.

    Hello @mahdijb,

Can you please give me some more details:

    1. Please try to delete that duplicated theme and try to duplicate a new one and see whether you get that issue again?
    2. Please try to duplicate another theme and check the results again
    3. Please try to edit anything in non-duplicated theme and see whether you get that issue again

If you see the same issue in major cases then please ask an error log from your hosting for that specific period when you do these tests and send us the log.
