    Hi Everyone

    Hoping I am not the only one with this problem.

    I am getting continual error messages because there is a Woocommerce error role alert:

    • Invalid or missing payment details. Please ensure the provided payment method is correctly entered.

    Does anyone know how to resolve this? No customer has been able to make a payment for a month!

    Thanks for sharing more details on this.

    As a next step, I recommend running a conflict test. This involves disabling all your active plugins, only leaving WooCommerce and WooPayments as the active plugins to see if the issue persists.

    If by any chance the issue persists, try switching to a default theme like Twenty Twenty – Four or Storefront and check again.

    Conflict testing has been done 7 times now. It is not a conflict with any other plugin or theme. It is 100% WooPayments.

    I have also run payment testing.

    Please assume now that I have done everything, because I have. The issue is the latest version of woo payments nothing else. I have shared the critical error reports and logs clearly showing this.

    Does rolling back to the previous version solve this issue? You can try rolling back using the WP Rollback plugin.

    Woo Payments is not working. Every piece of information I have shared highlights this. Now what is required is a solution from. WooCommerce.

    the fact that other users are commenting on this thread that they are experiencing the same issues really should raise this and flag it so that this bug is fixed once and for all.
