Hi since I installed and linked my google to your plug in the stats haven’t changed at all on the dashboard just wondering if an update is needed, I did a site kit update the other day thinking the stats will change but they haven’t.
This below hasn’t budged in weeks, Its wrong because I’ve had visitors etc, everything linked according to the plugin xx Can you help pleaseKind Regards

Thanks for reaching out. I’ve checked your site manually and using tagassistant.google.com and while I can see a GA4 property I don’t see any Universal Type Analytics property added or tracking successfully.
As the information displayed within Site Kit’s dashboards shows your Universal Type property data you may wish to revisit your Site Kit Analytics settings and ensure the plugin has inserted a Universal Type Analytics snippet, along with the GA4 snippet which does exist. You’ll see a screenshot below of the configurations you can apply (Site Kit > Settings > Analytics > Edit):
Once you’ve applied this configuration both your GA4 and Universal Type Analytics properties will be collecting data. I’m happy to check your setup if you let me know once you’ve done so.
We also have some information on the plugin website in relation to GA4 with Site Kit. Eventually, once GA4 is more widely used the dashboards shown within Site Kit will display data based on your GA4 property.
