    Hi,
    We have been using the GiveWP plugin for a year now and we are wanting to make use of the ZBS CRM. If we install the connector plugin will it automatically import all of the existing GiveWP donation information into the ZBS CRM? Or will the existing GiveWP data need to be imported some other way?

    Hi @seroco,

    Great to hear you’re thinking of using GiveWP with ZBS CRM.

    This GiveWP connector works on all new donation information, it doesn’t backward sync.

    What we suggest in this case is to export the information to date & import via our CSV importer – https://zerobscrm.com/feature/csv-importer/ – then run this Give Connector to auto-import going forward.
