Update 4.4: posts no longer show

The newspages that only show posts give this fault message : ‘404 – File or directory not found’ if I change the permalinks to plain.

Normally my permalinks are: custom structure: https://www.vonkel.nl/index.php/%category%/%postname%/.

This used to work fine until the update.

I need help with this too. My site was working fine until 4.4 update, but now my posts are not going to my front page which is set up as a page with posts. Help!
