Update 4.1.5 failed

    Anybody that has the same problem?
    Update fail: PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Even a FTP Upload of the 4.1.5 Version is not showing the new Version.

    Any help would be great.
