Update 3.7.1, content to site is missing

  • My client’s site has been updated to 3.7, and now the content to the pages is missing. I’ve updated his theme, updated wp to 3.7.1, I’ve tried deactivating plugins, but I’m not getting anywhere.

    When I pull up his site https://www.carlsen-e.dk, and click on his pages, I get the following message:

    Not Found

    The requested URL /index.php was not found on this server.

    Any ideas on how to get this back on track?
