Update 2.3.7

Hi Jonathan – Unfortunately, I just updated BTF and resaved the permalink settings, but it’s still not working…..

@debsher that’s strange.. it’s working on my two different test sites.

What settings do you have? How are your post type and taxonomies registered (their parameters)? What does the URL look like after filtering?
Basically.. just feed me info!

I use Pods to set up the taxonomies, and a built-in custom post type that comes with the Divi theme.

note that it is absolutely possible to get an empty results page if you dont use the conditional dropdowns beta feature in the advanced settings tab ??

Did you try going to page 2 of those search results?

I checked all my sites and it’s working on one site.

I’ve applied the 2.4.1 update and it fixed the problem of using one than one facet in a search, but I still can’t see beyond page one of the search results.

Not for me, even after 2.4.2 and permalinks resaved… :'(

Howether it used to work, know it seems that a part of the url is missing. Maybe I can manage that, but I don’t know how…

The filter return:
myurl/the_taxonomy_name/slug
I’d need:
myurl/post_type/the_taxonomy_name/slug

Any idea ?
