@wiepkje – The error message is pointing to a reference for WooCommerce. NextGEN Gallery does not specifically have any code that would directly affect WooCommerce, I would suggest looking at your plugins that do work with WooCommerce and make sure at the least that the WooCommerce plugin itself is active (or deactivate all other plugin extensions for WooCommerce you still currently have active).

    Thanks!

I’m sorry for my delayed answer. I activated ‘Notify me of follow-up replies via email’ but did not receive a notification.

Thanks for your advice. I already did what you suggested and the problem was solved after installing the previous version of Nextgen. So, I do not know what exactly the problem was, maar this did the trick. The only problem is now, I stuck with an older version of Nextgen. What to do?

@wiepkje – Unfortunately we are moving forward with NextGEN Gallery as is and generally only provide support for current releases. I can only suggest updating as new releases are published and working from those scenarios to see if the conflict can be found.

    Thanks!
