update 1.3.4 on multisite

Hello,
I updated the plugin from 1.3.0 to 1.3.4 with multisite within each individual blogs instead use the Network Activated, but when activated it makes all of the other subdomains categories disappear(404).
The situation is not improved even if I uninstall the plugin.
I restored DB and put it back.Kind Regards,
