Update 1.3.4 crashed multiple sliders

    Hi,
    since the last update, the sliders Video Carousel/Content Popup 1 and 2 don’t work anymore. On my page, I have 3 Sliders (VC/CP1) each containing 3 different videos. since the update, two sliders cannot be seen anymore, the third shows 3 times the same video.
    I have sent an email to the provided Gmail address to explain the issue. Instead of fixing the last update, someone without a name just asked to get access to my admin panel. This is entirely unserious. Even I was asking for more details, to fix it on my own, there was no further help provided. What should I do?
