Upcoming events widget (coding)

Hey, I was trying to code this widget, and when I have to edit the part where I write some code to change the way the date of the upcoming event is (in Spanish is plantilla but I don’t know how to say it in English, sorry)

Can I get some help about it? I can’t find a guide. Thanks!
