Unyson backup issue

Hi, I am trying to move a website to a new server. When i try to use the backup & demo extension, the process keeps hanging on “directory cleanup”.
When i look in my errorlog, i see the following notice:

Warning: file_put_contents(/home/maakj8ciyl/domains/domain.com/public_html/wp-content/uploads/fw-backup/.executed-tasks): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/maakj8ciyl/domains/domain.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/unyson/framework/extensions/backups/includes/module/tasks/class–fw-ext-backups-module-tasks.php on line 1011

I tried permissions and created the directories manually, but so far nothing works. Any ideas?
