Unwelcome users

    Hi, this morning I found two mails for two new registered users, but their status was “Approved” and not “Pending” as aspected.
    Obvipusly the two users are not a real users:
    – wpuser_ejwawdbuovtz with email [email protected]
    – wpuser_fgybdubufgsq with email [email protected]
    I’ve deleted immediately the two users…
    What about this matter? There is a securyty bug or I’ve to do anything to avoid it in the future?
