Unwelcome script?

I’m getting the following message when I try to create a sign up form:
Form Designer needs your help!
Your web server thinks that Form Designer is an unwelcome script. Obviously, it’s not.For Form Designer to work, you need to contact your web host and request that they “whitelist your domain for ModSecurity.” This shouldn’t pose any risk to your website; it just lets the host know you want the Form Designer to do what it does best!
Odd, because I had no problem getting to work on another WordPress site on the same hosting account and my host assures me it isn’t anything on their end. It worked great on one site and can’t get it to work on 2 others. Ideas?
