  • Open the header file in your theme and see if it’s there.

This is what I could find in your header:

<meta name="keywords" content="commonpeople, art, design, culture, fashion, photography, community, singapore" />
    singapore

Remove the orphan “singapore” that lies beyond the closing tag.

Thank you … I am an amateur, getting my info off forums. Typically I edit in wordpress (that is the only way I know). I just opened the header.php … but I cannot see the above. This is what I have:

    <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "https://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">

All that stuff is put in there by All In One SEO pack. Check the options and what you have added therein.

Wah … you rock ! Thanks heaps.

Are you using All In One SEO Pack?
    If Yes, do the following.
1 Go to All in one SEO options.
2 In bottom of the page you will see; Additional Post Headers, Additional Page Headers, Additional Home Headers.
3 Remove the word Singapore in any of these boxes.
4 The word will go from your site top page.

I too had once did this mistake. This method will work.
