Unwanted "] text displayed at bottom of form

  • At the bottom of some of my contact forms I am getting unwanted text of "], would any one know what’s causing this and/or how to fix it?

    I am using contact form 7 in conjuction with “email before download” and my themes (tersus) “fancybox” plugin.

    I am only getting it on some of my forms (notable those forms that had “[]” in their titles before the contact form plugin automatically removed them.

    Please note that the contact forms for “Catalogues” and “Operation and Maintenance Manuals” are working as they should. But contact forms for “Operation and Maintenance Manuals (Helical and Bevel Helical)” and “Operation and Maintenance Manuals (Helical and Bevel Helical for Synthetic Oil)” show the unwanted text below the send button.
