Unwanted subrscitions

Hi
In my site sovio-sovelius.com I am useing Memebrship 2 to let Familymembers look at some hidden pages.
My intention is to get membership ONLY by sending an e-mail through links on the site to an administrator, who register the user and sends back UserID and passwd.
All other tries to become a member I have tied to avoid.
Still I get e/mails from members who has succeeded to register an userID and waiting for approval, like tis:” New user requires approval on your blog :

Can anyone help me?

You haven’t done anything wrong, they’re bot/spam registrations.
