Unwanted Redirects while clicking on blog posts

The reason i installed Wordfence was to remove unwanted redirect from my website to
this malicious website…
https://2.8mono.biz/?p=ge2dmnbugy5gi3bpgqydamy&sub1=f76f7guj7t8g

but unfortunately after scanning my website through Wordfence Scan issue persists.

I noticed whenever the user clicks on any post on blog page he is redirected.
User needs to go back and again click on the post to move ahead.

I don’t want to ruin my user experience through unwanted re-directions.

Please help….
