unwanted question on the index page

We had to remove anspress from our site https://www.excomp.co.uk as it puts a statement on the index even above the header logo saying you have not asked a question yet, how do you get rid of this as we only want anspress on the inside forum page which the slug is set to but could not figure how to stop getting this unwanted text on the index. Any suggestions welcome.
