In our web application, which utilizes the W3 Total Cache plugin for performance optimization and Amazon CloudFront CDN for content delivery, we have encountered an issue where unexpected query parameters are consistently being added to our website’s URLs. These parameters appear to be altering the functionality and user experience of our site, and we are seeking a solution to identify the source of these parameters, understand why they are being added, and implement a corrective action plan to ensure that our URLs remain clean and functional for our users. This issue has the potential to impact our website’s performance, SEO, and user satisfaction, making it crucial to address promptly and effectively while considering the interactions between the W3 Total Cache plugin and Amazon CloudFront CDN.

    Url we want: https://www.xyz.com/

    site url right now: https://www.xyz.com/?v=c86ee0d9d7ed

    Hello @khaider

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to help!
The W3 Total Cache does not add any query parameters to the URL. This looks like a geolocation parameter used by Woocommerce and a query parameter based on the geolocation.

Are you using Woo commerce and can you please check if the option is enabled in Woo settings?

    Thanks!
