Unwanted Popup Adds

Hey,

recently, the one who is managing our website pased away, and I wanted to administrate the homepage of our sport club.

He started to redesign the homepage with fancy plugins and new themes. And since that time, some unwanted ads are popping up. Firstly i have not noticed, because at work we have a firewall, and on my chrome browsers on other devices I use an adblocker.

But now we started to do a kind of marketing via social media – posting our homepage link. There i have received the feedback, that it is annoying when advertisments are popping up.

I tried to disable some themes and plugins – no success. May someone take a look on this?
