Unwanted "Password Required" – How to Remove

When you go to my website https://quicklylosestomachfat.com it asks for a password for my ftp server. It can be canceled and then everything continues as normal. How can I remove this? I can’t seem to find anything out of the ordinary. I have no clue where to start looking and what to look for. Please help!!
