unwanted menu items left behind after uninstall

I have installed & uninstalled your plugin and now I have unwanted menu items at top of my blog pages & posts (i.e. wp mobile edition blog index FDX index and wp mobile edition contact FDX contact) left behind after I uninstalled your plugin. I have looked everywhere and can’t find instructions and I’m scared to start guessing. Please help me!
