unwanted menu item

my Home page which i translated into Anasayfa into Turkish, is seen as Ba?lang?? (means frontpage in Turkish). But there is no page or post called Balang?? in the dashboard. There is just Home (set as fronpage) in English and translation of it is Anasayfa. So where does this Ba?lang?? came from? and how can i get rid of it? please help, here is the site https://yatedam.org/tr/anasayfa/
