Unwanted line breaks with inline formulae

Edit following file on your server: https://b28mathstutor.co.uk/wp-content/themes/kadence/assets/css/global.min.css

Open it and search for the img{display:block;
Then delete the display:block; part and save the file.

Thanks for the suggestion; I’ve done that now, but unfortunately it hasn’t made any difference.

Do the Ctrl+F5 on your page in the browser. This will clear its cache.

Basically, your browser uses old CSS files stored in its cache. You need to clear the browser cache, so that it will download new CSS files for server.

Thanks, it’s working now. I’ve only just seen this so I don’t know whether it’s because the cache has somehow got cleared of its own accord or something that my host has done.

Questions about inline images are the most frequent on the forum. Unfortunately there is no one recipe that fits all the themes. Sometimes relevant CSS is buried very deeply and mangled. I try to help to everyone by inspecting the pages….
