Unwanted infinite post repeat – no Admin bar

So my blog page is misbehaving.
it visualize the mock posts I created first,
then repeats some of the post over to almost infinity.

The peculiarity is that the WP Admin bar is absent,
there’s not side bar in the page and MOST IMPORTANTLY
it only repeats the post for a specific category.

which by no chance (i assume) I can’t delete from the wp-admin,
(no delete option appears in that category only)
possible dodgy category?

what I tried so far:

1. delete blog page and recreate it -no luck
2. deactivating plug-ins -no luck

I only have a handful of plug ins and child theme included fro Divi theme.

I don’t know how to delete that category in any other way, If I could, maybe this would resolve the issue?
any of you, smart people, would know?
