Unwanted images in pages and posts

    Ever since I change the default for permalinks on my website, I am seeing extra unwanted thumbnails of images that are used previously in the post repeated at the bottom of the post or page. Sometimes the images are from my NextGen gallery and are not even used in the page or post.

    Can anyone tell me how to get rid of them?

    Here is my website and as an example if you look at the Astronomy Tab and the Page Are You Ready for Comet ISON you will see the two images used above repeated again at the bottom of the page just before the Leave a Reply.

    I discovered the solution to this problem. A plug-in called WP-User Frontend has a setting under Others called “Show attachments under post” which was turned on.

    Turing this setting off resolved the problem.
