Unwanted duplicated Banners added in header and footer

    Ad Inserter propably uses the_content filter to place banners in the right place. However some powerful popular themes 1+M installations let build footers and headers with the_content filter as well.

    The ooutcome is that Ad insterter is confused and places banners in header and footers. Even more strange thing is that it bahaves a little bit different for mobile and desktop. Please take a look at this page (XTB) from both devices.

    Could you please release and update to fix the problem? Propably a filtering by header and footer tag would fix the problem.
