Unwanted changes in the theme

    Some time ago I have added an Image widget in the Banner Ad Section. It worked fine for a week or more. Then 1-2 days ago stopped to work. I don’t see the widget anymore. It’s still active. I added the same image today as Header Advertisement and I can’t see it at all.
    At the same time (last week) the header image changed the size to small (not because of my action).
    What I can suspect is that it occurred because of an automatic update of the theme, but don’t know, how to check it, eventually how to revert to the older version of the theme (I’m using the theme in Pro version) or how to repair unwanted changes.

    Could you please try once deactivating the active plugins? Also could you please provide us the screenshot and contact us here.

    Should I deactivate all plugins? I have many and not sure, if it would not cause a mess on my website or even break it. Is it safe to do this?
    And assuming, I deactivate all plugins, what screenshot do you need? Of the frontpage of the website or the page, where I’m customizing the appearance?
