Unwanted broken image links

I’m working on creating a website for my consulting business with the help of a graphic designer using the Pro version. There is a section of testimonials on the home page and next to them in small ovals there are broken image links. My designer and I didn’t put those in and don’t want them there, but can’t figure out how to get rid of them. Please help! Thank you!
