Unwanted block on home page

  • Hi all, this block appears on our homepage (front end), but in the editor there is no sign of the block or a code for this. Is it possible a plugin conflict has caused this?

    The block is described as ‘Heading Text’ and includes a button for ‘go shopping’ but we did not, knowingly, put it there?

  • The section uses the CSS class “sph-hero”. I assume this is an abbreviation for a plugin that you are using, but I can’t find any indication of what it might be. Can you get any further with this? Otherwise, I would recommend simply deactivating all plugins to see if and when the section disappears.

    Sorry for the late reply, I was expecting an email notification when I got a reply from someone. So i’ve only just logged back in.

    Thank you for the response and yes I will deactivate all plugins and see if it works, I don’t know if there is any relevance in the “sph-hero” having a relation to a plugin we are using called ‘Hero banner”, but I’ll start the process and see
