Unwanted Ads in the Middle of the Page

I would try disabling/deactivating your plugins first. If it’s a new issue you know wasn’t there before start with the most recently added plugins. If it’s been there for a while or you just changed themes, possibly reset to the default theme to make sure the theme isn’t adding it.

It looks like you have a few advertising plugins installed so it’s likely the options on one of those are serving up an extra unintended ad or two.
