Hi. How does the LSC plugin generate critical CSS? I have the option enabled, but Google Lighthouse flags like 90% of my site CSS as unused and which my theme developer said may be due to critical CSS because of pages loading more CSS than that which is required for the specific pages. And can this be resolved? The CSS which I saw is flagged is the Gutenberg front styles and my theme CSS which are combined into one CSS by the plugin.

  • Hi @politicske, our ccss engine is using Chromium to detect which CSS is using, could you send us the report number for checking?

Hi. Report number: OSHETCNI (I tried to include ‘post’ and ‘page’ in the “Separate CCSS Cache Post Types”. Can that work?)

    Hi,

    Best regards,

Yes. With or without critical CSS. I emptied the database of LS settings and set the settings afresh. Just decided to ignore this coz the CSS was becoming too large in the database.
