Unusable by those using screenreaders

Before I give this plugin a 1* review, I thought I’d give the author(s) an opportunity to rectify the situation. The plugin, as it stands now, is virtually unusable by those who need screen reader technology, basically because of inaccessible list/comboboxes. Clearly WCAG 2.0 standards aren’t being followed in this regard. It’s too bad, because sight-impaired individuals often need to make their own opportunities, & this plugin’s lack of accessibility makes that all the harder. & yes–I’m using both the latest version of WordPress & the plugin. Highly disappointing.
