I see this very good plugin that is not supported with WordPress that I use now,
I use wordpress 5.4 latest version
    can you help me
and when I forced to install the plugin,
    Calculation error occurred during payment
for example the price of $ 10, when you want to pay the price becomes $ 100.
    thank you

  • Hi @arwah12 – Can you include a few more details as to the issue you’re seeing?

Additionally, would you be able to include a link to your store so that we can duplicate the issue and see firsthand what’s occurring?

    Thank you,
    Joey

    thank you

@arwah12 – thanks for those screenshots! This is certainly not intended behavior.

Since this isn’t something I’ve been able to duplicate, can you attempt conflict testing on your site?

This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Once you’ve tried that, please let us know if you’re still having issues! ??

    Hi
    Thank you,
I used the costume plugin to make the price 10x the default price,
    https://i.paste.pics/a5fe33d6b14971f20f0b4c24aa73637e.png
Miscalculation occurs if paying the second price, there is no problem for the default price,
when i try to pay with standard paypal it works, and there is no problem,
and if I activate standard paypal payment and PayPal Checkout Payment Gateways
    also no problem occurred,
This is a problem if I only activate PayPal Payment Gateway payments
for the second price, an error appears in the calculation

@arwah12 – if you’re stating that you’ve already tried disabling all other plugins, as well as activating a default theme, then we can move forward.

Since this may lead to us needing login credentials, can you create a ticket here and link to this forum thread?

I’ll go ahead and mark this as resolved, that way we can continue conversation via the ticket (it will make this much easier).
