Unsure how to optimise page

I’ve minified CSS/JS/HTML, optimized images, enabled caching and played with most of the options available in the LiteSpeed, but I can’t seem to get my pagespeed score above 50.
Would anyone have a tip how to improve my page?

Simple answer: You have too much of everything
A plugin for optimizng can only optimize, but doesn’t reduce too much data like static sources. Check the result and fix it. This can’t be optimized by any plugin.
