Unsupported. Manipulative Support System.

The creator of this plugin has put in place a roadblock to prevent all customer support tickets from coming in.

To submit even a simple support request, you have to download an UNRELEASED version of this plugin, which then will cause havoc on your site.

It’s a cruel trick to keep people from contact support, and after going through this, I got confirmation from the creator of the plugin that this was indeed their aim.

Simply put, this is a company that actively attempts to block their paying customers from getting help. A company with that anti-customer philosophy will cause you great frustrations down the road. Avoid this plugin at all costs.
